As of February 1, 2023, Court will start at 4:00 p.m. on the First, Third and Forth Monday of each month.

The Richford Town Court is open and operating with restricted access as set by the state and the judge and is subject to change so please remain in your car in the parking lot to receive instructions as how and when to enter the courtroom. For more information, call Justice Andersen at 607-657-8317. Zoom meetings can be arranged for 4:00 p.m. on business days with 24 hours notice.
Richford Town Court, located at 3 Bowery Lane, Richford, NY is in session on the first, third, and fourth Mondays of each month. The only Monday nights that the court will be closed are when they happen to fall on Christmas day or New Years day. Court opens at 4:00 p.m. and continues until all cases are heard. Due to current Covid-19 social distancing requirements, PLEASE remain in your vehicle in the parking lot. A court assistant will instruct you at your vehicle as to when and how to enter court. On the third Monday of each month, the Tioga County District Attorney’s Office has an Assistant DA available for consultation.
